PHOENIX Supply have this month re-Iaunched their Energy Care Scheme. At the re-Iaunch David Straham (General Manager of Pheonix supply) commented: "There are extended benefits to vulnerable and older natural gas customers.’
The scheme is set up for customers, who are older (60 years of age or over), disabled (including those who are deaf or blind) or chronically sick.
The additional services available include: a free gas safety check, provision of special controls and adapters, information supplied in varied formats including Braille and specialist advice.
"Once a customer has registered for the Phoenix Energy Care Scheme we can make a note of their individual circumstances, ensuring that our service is delivered to them in an understanding and caring manner, and taking account of their individual needs."
